Cancellation (Order Cancellation)

After placing an order, the arrangement for the order is automatically made, and therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations.

Also, changes to the size or color after placing an order cannot be accommodated for the same reasons.

Defective Products or Wrong Items Received

In the event that the delivered product shows defects due to our fault or if you receive a product that does not match your order, we will provide a refund or exchange it for a new identical product.

In such cases, we kindly request you to contact us via the inquiry form or the following email address and attach a photo showing the defective area.

*Please note that even if you consider the product to be defective, it may be within the product's specifications or manufacturing process and may not be considered defective.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us with photos of the areas you believe to be defective.

*After carefully examining the photos by the relevant department at our company, if it is determined that the issue is within the specifications of the manufacturing process or will not affect the wearing, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange of the product as defective.

*If the relevant product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will proceed with the refund.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (such as color or size preferences).
  2. Products without tags attached (items without tags will be considered used).
  3. Requests for returns or exchanges made more than 3 days after the product's arrival.
  4. Failure to return the product within 5 days after the approval of the return or exchange.
  5. Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned products.
  6. Products that have absorbed odors, become soiled, or damaged under customer's care.
  7. Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other items that directly touch the skin without being worn over undergarments.
  8. Products that show signs of use, damage, or soiling.
  9. Products with lost tags or accessories.
  10. Products returned through a method not specified by our company.
  11. Products sold under special conditions, such as with coupons, sales, etc.
  12. Orders stated as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page.

Note

  1. In our shop, stock liquidity is high, and there may be cases where items are out of stock or shipping errors occur after ordering. We do not cancel all orders even if some items are out of stock.
  2. The product color may have some discrepancies from the image due to indoor lighting or the intensity of the light source.
  3. As mainly foreign-made products, the indicated size may vary slightly from the actual product. Please kindly understand this in advance.
