Additional Charges Besides Product Price
Shipping fees, convenience store payment fees for payments made at convenience stores, transfer fees for bank transfers, and other payment processing fees are the customer's responsibility.
Regarding shipping fees, we charge a flat rate of €8.00, but for customers who make purchases of €75.00 or more, the shipping is free of charge.
The displayed product prices, shipping fees, payment processing fees, gift-wrapping fees, and additional service fees include consumption tax.
Validity Period of Applications
In principle, the validity period is 7 days after order confirmation (sent via automatic email). For payments made at convenience stores or bank transfers, please make the payment within 7 days. If we cannot confirm the payment, the order will be canceled, so please be aware of this.
Delivery Timeframe
For regular delivery items, we will ship them approximately 4-8 business days after receiving the order and completing the payment. However, please note that there may be delays in shipping and delivery due to adverse weather conditions, courier circumstances, or other reasons beyond our control.
For presale items, large-sized delivery items, and regular subscription products, the delivery schedule may vary for each item.
However, in general, they will be shipped within approximately 8 to 20 business days.
During long holidays like the year-end and New Year holidays, an increase in package volume, supplier holidays, or orders for large-sized items, there may be a possibility of a longer delivery time.

Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy
Cancellation (Order Cancellation)
Since we automatically arrange orders after receiving them, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer preferences. Please understand this in advance.
Return/Exchange of Products
In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the product. If the same product is in stock, we will exchange it for a new one. If the same product is not in stock, we will refund the purchase price after receiving the return.
However, please note that returns/exchanges cannot be accepted for the following reasons due to customer preferences:
- The delivered product differs from the customer's image.
- Customer error in placing the order.
- Product defect caused by customer usage.
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery.
- Tags or accessories are missing from the product.
- The product is returned through a method other than the one specified by our company.
- Products sold under special conditions, such as with coupons, etc.
- Underwear, swimwear, accessories, or other products that come into direct contact with the skin without going through underwear.
Exchange Shipping Fee
In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, we will bear the shipping fee for the exchange.
Handling of Personal Information Provided during Inquiries
- Information provided in inquiries may be used to confirm membership registration information and for contacting customers by phone or mail.
- We strictly manage the information in accordance with our personal information protection policy and will not use it for purposes other than responding to inquiries.
- The replies sent by us are intended for the customer's personal use and are in response to the questions received from the customer.
- Please refrain from reproducing or using any part or all of the reply emails for other purposes.
