Free shipping for purchases over 750 NOK.

For purchases of less than 750 NOK, a standard shipping fee of 100 NOK will be charged.

Normally, products will be shipped within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Pre-order items and made-to-order items marked "presale" will arrive in approximately 8-20 business days after payment, and will be shipped within 3 business days after arrival.

Depending on the product and the time of purchase, it may take longer than the above schedule for both regular and presale products, but please be assured that we will notify you by email as soon as we are able to ship

All "reserved items" and "made-to-order items" are described as "presale".

Please note that if you purchase presale products and regular products at the same time, we will ship them together as soon as the presale products arrive and all the products are ready.

The "Earrings" we refer to are the type that you wear by piercing your ears, while "Clip-on earrings" are the type that you wear by clipping them onto your ears.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective products, even if you made an incorrect order.

* Sizes and colors are approximate guidelines published by the manufacturer. Depending on the product, the actual product may differ from the description.

*Please pay attention to the material if you are allergic to metal.

*Hinges, etc. that use flexible materials (silver 925, etc.) that are hard to break may be bent, but they can be repaired by the customer without the need for special tools. Please note that such fine bends are not eligible for initial defect replacement.

* Depending on the purchase amount, there is a possibility that a burden such as customs duties may occur. For details, please ask the specialized agency that has jurisdiction over the tax in your country/region.

Please note that if the product you ordered is not received for a long period of time and is returned to our warehouse, we will not provide a refund.

In addition, re-sending is generally not possible.

Even if redelivery is possible, please note that you will be responsible for the redelivery fee (which varies depending on the country).
